Pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e prochaine aussi, le distributeur a de nouveaux projets en pr\u00e9paration, notamment dans le nord de la France et en ligne.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Nouveau concept de magasin<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Le r\u00e9seau de franchise Hubo a r\u00e9cemment ouvert de nouveaux \u00e9tablissements \u00e0 Brakel (o\u00f9 se trouvait auparavant le Handy Home) et dans le centre de Charleroi (un nouveau magasin de 2000\u00a0m\u00b2 juste \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 du centre commercial Ville2). Avec ses 150 magasins de bricolage, la cha\u00eene a maintenant une couverture nationale.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-22691\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fbf-bff.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/image007-300x225-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">En 2020, plusieurs ouvertures de magasins sont de nouveau pr\u00e9vues, et cinq magasins existants d\u00e9m\u00e9nageront vers un emplacement plus grand et mieux situ\u00e9. Le d\u00e9taillant planifie \u00e9galement de nouvelles \u00e9tapes au nord de la France. De plus, l\u2019enseigne Hubo travaille \u00e0 un nouveau concept de magasins o\u00f9 le professionnel et le bricoleur amateur se rencontreront. Le premier d\u00e9ploiement est pr\u00e9vu au printemps 2020. En ligne, la cha\u00eene DIY d\u00e9veloppe un vaste e-shop afin de faire ses premiers pas dans le \u2018long tail\u2019.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>R\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">L\u2019enseigne de franchise Hubo dispose d\u2019une base de donn\u00e9es \u00e9tendue contenant des adresses e-mail de qualit\u00e9, ce qui est tr\u00e8s important dans la communication avec le client. Le distributeur veut se positionner en v\u00e9ritable \u2018<em>partenaire pour la r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes<\/em>\u2019 au sein du secteur du bricolage belge: l\u2019id\u00e9e c\u2019est \u00ab\u00a0vous avez une question ou un probl\u00e8me, Hubo vous offre la solution\u00a0\u00bb. C\u2019est aussi la raison pour laquelle la cha\u00eene de magasins travaille avec la plateforme de bricolage\u00a0<strong>ListMinut<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">L\u2019histoire de Hubo Belgi\u00eb avec ses actionnaires actuels a d\u00e9marr\u00e9 en 1992 avec environ 25 magasins.
