On parle ici d&rsquo;un restaurant en site propre d&rsquo;une surface de pr\u00e8s de 220 m\u00b2 avec 80 places assises. Les franchis\u00e9s sont assist\u00e9s par une \u00e9quipe de 8 collaborateurs dans la gestion quotidienne de l&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement.\r\n\r\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-22545\" src=\"https:\/\/franchisingbelgium.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/2\u00e8me-restaurant-BXL-300x225.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/>\r\n\r\nComme de nombreux \u00e9tablissements \u00e9tablis dans le quartier europ\u00e9en o\u00f9 se trouvent majoritairement des bureaux, le Cooper Branch du Square Orban adapte ses horaires \u00e0 ceux des bureaux et ouvre ses portes du lundi au vendredi d\u00e8s 7h45 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 16h30.\r\n\r\nLes quatre franchis\u00e9s visent l&rsquo;ouverture d&rsquo;une dizaine de restaurants Copper Branch dans la r\u00e9gion bruxelloise dans un d\u00e9lai de 3 \u00e0 4 ans si tout se passe suivant leur business plan pour les deux premiers restaurants.\r\n\r\n<strong>Copper Branch, une des rares franchises dans le monde vegan<\/strong>\r\n\r\nL&rsquo;enseigne dont le concept est bas\u00e9 sur une alimentation \u00e0 base 100% v\u00e9g\u00e9tale sans gluten et OGM a fait ses d\u00e9buts en 2015 \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al. Elle a connu un d\u00e9veloppement rapide via la franchise au Canada et plus r\u00e9cemment aux Etats-Unis avant de faire sa premi\u00e8re apparition en Europe en France en janvier 2019.
