Ivar Sleuwaegen devient ainsi franchis\u00e9 une seconde fois pour l\u2019enseigne belge.\r\n \r\nAvec son nouveau magasin d\u2019une surface de 600m\u00b2, le franchis\u00e9 esp\u00e8re avoir autant de succ\u00e8s qu\u2019avec son premier point de vente en franchise \u00e0 Louvain : \u00ab On a ouvert les portes d\u00e9but octobre. A Louvain, d\u00e8s le premier jour il y avait du monde. A Saint-Trond, cela commence doucement. C\u2019est logique car c\u2019est une autre r\u00e9gion. Il faut avoir un peu de publicit\u00e9 et le temps que les choses se mettent en place \u00bb, explique le franchis\u00e9, Monsieur Sleuwaegen. Pour cette nouvelle aventure, le franchis\u00e9 a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 s\u2019associer avec Sanju Baetens, lui-m\u00eame franchis\u00e9 du magasin Ixina \u00e0 Bekkevoort. Ce nouveau point de vente en franchise engage 3 vendeurs et compte plus de 20 cuisines d\u2019exposition dont une fonctionnelle qui permet de faire des d\u00e9monstrations devant les clients.\r\n \r\n<strong>Une relation de confiance avec son franchiseur<\/strong>\r\n \r\nMonsieur Sleuwaegen connait bien la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 belge car il a dans un premier temps travaill\u00e9 pendant huit ans en tant que responsable des ventes d\u2019un magasin Ixina, avant d\u2019ouvrir il y a deux ans son premier point de vente en franchise. Il connait bien le syst\u00e8me de la franchise et y trouve son bonheur : \r\n<blockquote>\u00ab J\u2019ai tout un r\u00e9seau qui s\u2019occupe de l\u2019organisation, des prix d\u2019achats etc. Je peux donc travailler de mon c\u00f4t\u00e9 en tant que franchis\u00e9 et laisser le franchiseur discuter avec les fournisseurs, par exemple.
