Mais chez\u00a0<a href=\"\/?p=39509\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/franchisingbelgium.be\/franchises\/intermarche\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1697664526108000&amp;usg=AOvVaw3xpV8jQPkedT6j0Z3ERUQ6\" class=\"broken_link\">Intermarch\u00e9<\/a>\u00a0aussi, le r\u00e9seau a accueilli voici une premi\u00e8re semaine son premier point de vente transf\u00e9r\u00e9 (et transform\u00e9) depuis le parc Mestdagh.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/span><\/b><\/p>\r\n<span lang=\"FR-BE\">On a r\u00e9cemment \u00e9voqu\u00e9 les premiers magasins de Delhaize transf\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e0 des exploitants ind\u00e9pendants,<\/span><span lang=\"FR-BE\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"FR-BE\">en Flandre<\/span><span lang=\"FR-BE\">\u00a0comme\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"FR-BE\">en Wallonie<\/span><span lang=\"FR-BE\">.\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"FR-BE\">Le r\u00e9seau de franchise Mestdagh, acquis par Intermarch\u00e9, fait moins de vagues, et suscite moins de pol\u00e9miques dans la presse g\u00e9n\u00e9raliste. Mais le projet suit l\u00e0 aussi son cours. La preuve : un premier magasin vient de quitter le contingent des \u201cIntermarch\u00e9 by Mestdagh\u201d, provisoirement exploit\u00e9s en portage par l\u2019enseigne, dans l\u2019attente de se voir d\u00e9signer un acqu\u00e9reur ind\u00e9pendant. Il s\u2019agit du magasin de Genappe, situ\u00e9 dans un petit zoning commercial o\u00f9 il c\u00f4toie un Colruyt et un Aldi. Ses nouveaux exploitants, Marie-Estelle et Pierre-Yves Belli, ne sont pas des inconnus : ce couple aussi sympathique qu\u2019\u00e9nergique avait rejoint le groupement en 2020, pour reprendre l\u2019Intermarch\u00e9 de Rebecq. Auparavant, Madame Belli avait travaill\u00e9 dans la distribution horlog\u00e8re. Et son \u00e9poux avait oeuvr\u00e9 18 ans pour compte d\u2019un franchis\u00e9\u2026 Mestdagh, dont il g\u00e9rait pas moins de six points de vente.
