La deuxi\u00e8me et derni\u00e8re vague de reprises suivra en septembre.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>Termin\u00e9 cette ann\u00e9e<\/h2>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Le comit\u00e9 d\u2019entreprise extraordinaire d\u2019Intermarch\u00e9 Mestdagh a abouti sur une avanc\u00e9e\u00a0: pr\u00e8s d\u2019un tiers (16 sur 51) des magasins int\u00e9gr\u00e9s de Mestdagh ont trouv\u00e9 un repreneur. D\u00e8s le 1er juillet,\u00a0ils\u00a0<a href=\"\/?page_id=38677\" saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/franchisingbelgium.be\/devenir-franchise\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1686243782534000&amp;usg=AOvVaw2y48SCNg7deCHr4QAyBrsC\" class=\"broken_link\">deviendront franchis\u00e9s<\/a>\u00a0ind\u00e9pendants. La deuxi\u00e8me vague, qui sera la derni\u00e8re, suivra en septembre, esp\u00e8re la direction.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00c0 l\u2019origine, le passage \u00e0 la franchise devait \u00e9galement prendre un an ou deux.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Au total, le groupe fran\u00e7ais de supermarch\u00e9s\u00a0<strong>Les Mousquetaires<\/strong>\u00a0reprend 83 supermarch\u00e9s de Mestdagh sous l\u2019enseigne Intermarch\u00e9. Un grand nombre de ces magasins ont depuis rouvert leurs portes sous l\u2019\u00e9gide du nouveau propri\u00e9taire, mais la discussion porte sur les 51 supermarch\u00e9s que Mestdagh exploitait en interne.
